Jerry Garcia captured on a glorious day at the Frost Amphitheater, located on the grounds of Stanford University.

I timed this trip to California from New York to see the Dead two consecutive weekends—first at Stanford University’s Frost Amphitheatre in Palo Alto, May 2nd and 3rd, and again at Laguna Seca in Monterey the following weekend.
