Returns/Refunds
Our photograph return policy lasts 7 days from when you receive the item. If you're not happy with the photograph you received you may return it in that time (7 days).

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. 

Shipping costs are non-refundable. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Non-returnable items:
- Books
- Stickers

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will be made to the original charged account within 30 days of the returned goods.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at bob@minkinphotography.com and send your item to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are shipping an item over $100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
